Milacron launches direct sales & services in Benelux

US plastics machinery supplier, Milacron has set up a new directly-owned sales and service operation in Belenux countries as its partnership with Ferromatik Milacron Benelux BV expired.

The Cincinnati, Ohio-based company said the new infrastructure, which is part of its global expansion and European growth plan, has been in place since 1 January.

“This is a very important step for Milacron in Europe. We successfully introduced our direct presence in Italy and number of other European markets just recently and are thrilled about this new setup for the Benelux,” said Denis Poelman, managing director of Milacron’s injection moulding machinery business in Europe.

According to Milacron, transition for existing and new customers is coming along smoothly.

As part of the new set up, Milacron is offering a “complete product and service portfolio in the Benelux market – including the new Magna T Servo all-purpose injection moulding machine, the Elektron Evo all electric machine series as well as the recently introduced linear standard robot solutions.”
