Milacron opens eSTORE

Milacron Holdings has made its new Milacron eSTORE live, and the site is fulfilling orders for customers in North America and Europe.

In the past, the company’s leading product brands have had separate e-commerce operations, but this marks the launch of a streamlined eSTORE representing Milacron and Ferromatik branded injection moulding machines, Mold-Masters hot runners and control systems and DME’s catalog of mould components and industrial supplies for maintenance, repair and operations (MRO).

“This significant milestone will allow our customers to have 24-hour access to spare parts, systems, components and industrial supplies they demand, all from Milacron’s industry-leading product brands, via their computers, smart phones and tablets from anywhere in the world,” said Tom Goeke, Milacron’s chief executive officer.

The eSTORE is Windows- Mac and iOS-friendly. It features an intuitive and family online shopping experience, and a simplified registration process. The store is enabled with the latest security programs to ensure secure and safe transactions, including rapid credit card processing.

Since the eSTORE site was launched in May, thousands of customers have processed orders.

Milacron also will use the site to launch new products and promote seasonal savings and quick-delivery options.

This summer, the Blue Ash, Ohio-based company is expanding the site to include an intuitive hot runner configuration tool for Mold-Masters.
